Cioppino & Bouillabaisse

Cioppino

Cioppino is a traditional dish originating in Northern California which consists of fresh local seafood gently cooked in a rich and spicy tomato based broth. This seafood stew is served with grilled Sourdough bread and Garlic Aioli to soak up all the flavorful broth. These events start with a few passed appetizers, family style salads, and wood-fired Cioppino. This dish is perfect for a cool night in wine country.
