Pabomba was created to deliver the unique experience of wood-fired dishes to clients all over California. Currently we offer several different types of Paella as well as Cioppino and Bouillabaisse. Using all local ingredients, our skilled team of chefs can deliver a truly memorable experience.

During an educational food and wine trip to Europe I explored many different techniques and cultural methods of cooking traditional wood-fired culinary preparations. After observing, cooking, and tasting food prepared in this method I knew there was no substitute. After traveling through Europe and experiencing the variety of styles of these traditional dishes, I realized the potential for amazing creativity with the local, seasonal ingredients we have to offer in Northern California. We look forward to creating a unique culinary experience for our guests.
